BT SH2 - DNS issue

I am not tech savvy and need help, I get ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE when trying to reach sites like Reddit.com and Steam.com

* I have tried manual DNS with Google and Cloudflare but this doesn't help

* Resetting my router

* Running Antivirus to see if there's a problem with no results

* DNS Flushing

* IPCONFIG Commands

* NETSH Commands

*Updating Drivers

* Uninstalling Driver with re-start

The strange thing is all our apple products are fine and can reach the sites, it is just our windows products.

When I ping 8.8.8.8

Pinging 8.8.8.8 with 32 bytes of data:
PING: transmit failed. General failure.
PING: transmit failed. General failure.
PING: transmit failed. General failure.
PING: transmit failed. General failure.

Ping statistics for 8.8.8.8:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

I just need to help/guidance on how to fix this, I am considering resetting the SH2 but want to make sure I have ran through all my options.

I would suggest getting in touch with our broadband technical support team and they can get this looked into to see what is needed to help you get this resolved.
