BT Service Status

My broadband has now been down since June 18 but when I use the MiniHub I was sent to put my home phone number into the service status page it always comes back with 'No known issues in your area'.  My faith in BT had already been seriously weakened by the length of time my BB has been down and by the repeated failures to honour fix dates so it's now virtually exhausted to keep seeing this nonsense.  I really could do without the disruption attending a change of supplier but BT aren't leaving me much choice.  It's utterly infuriating.  Apologies for the rant!

The service status page is for major service outages, not individual faults.

This isn't an individual fault.  The one OutReach engineer that visited on June 19 informed me that many local addresses were also affected and I have been contacted by one of them in the same situation. He also said he needed to arrange for another crew as the fault is not local to my property. It's totally unsatisfactory.
