Can anyone advise why I would get a significant difference between the speed check with BTW (best Download of 76 mbs) and BT Troubleshooter (464 mbs).
I am on the Full fibre 500 service, and connecting to the hub by ethernet to perform the tests.
If the Troubleshooter speed is to be believed, do I need to make changes to the hub (BT Smarthub 2) to get better performance ?
