Bit of an odd one, but hoping someone else on here can verify whether they're experiencing this issue too.
In brief, for the past few evenings from around 10pm onwards, slow speeds have been noticed on our connection. When testing to different destinations I've noticed that the issue only seems to be when routing goes from BT to Cogent as a peer.
For example, testing to Reddit / Google / BBC all test clean as they don't pass through the Cogent network. Whereas other destinations that do go through Cogent are seeing 10-20% packet loss.
This is now having an impact on my work and speaking to colleagues, it only seems to affect those who have BT (or a BT reseller) as their ISP.

I would suggest getting in touch with our broadband tech guides to get the packet loss you experience after 10PM looked into and let you know what is needed to get this resolved.
