Bill paid but restriction not lifted
Hi my name is Kishore.
- My BT WiFi bill is paid by my landlord. He said he paid the bill yesterday but the restriction is still there. I did contact the customer service and they told me the line is good. Unsure why restriction still there. Please advise.

Hi @Kishore, thanks for posting. Sorry that your service hasn't been reconnected. If the account is in you name call us and we'll be happy to help you. If the account is in your landlord's name they would need to call.
