Braodband fault

I am away from home and I'm unable to access some connected services via BT Broadband.

It seems to be impossible to rise a fault at the moment and the system tells me it isn't working.

Any ideas? Does BT have a major outage today?

I'm not aware of any overnight issues. Are you still having these issues this morning? Which connected services are you trying to access?

Yes - PoP 3 has ceased to function this week......very frustrating - can yu offer any guidance.
