A failure to install fibre broadband to my mother in law's house has cut off her home phone line which she desperately needs. She live a long way from us, and is not currently contactable. I spoke to 2 seperate people yesterday, as I am named on the account. They promised several things, including a call back to me, which did not occur. The online tracking system now says all orders are complete. They're not. Today I tried to get a status, but they will not talk to me as I'm not an account manager. I've had previous good results using this forum, so I hope a BT moderator will pick this up and contact me urgently.
