Since yesterday our hub has been consistently disconnecting. It will flash purple then orange then back to blue. The connection lasts about 2/3 minutes before it does the same thing again. Apparently there are no faults in my area. Have tried restarting the hub and makes no difference. Any help appreciated am not very technical with stuff like this
Assuming you don't have FTTP AND digital voice have you checked your phone for dial tone? If dial tone dial 17070 option 2 should be silent
Have you checked for lose cable? Have you tried replacing cables?
