Broadband line not fitted to standard

 
On Tuesday 4th June, I had broadband fitted, the service of the engineer was good, however the cable fitted in the bathroom runs across the middle of our bathroom wall and is unsightly and inconvenient. I would like another engineer visit in order to rectify this issue, free of charge. I tried to phone to make this complaint but there is no option to talk about this kind of issue and as I have a busy work schedule I do not have time to wait to get through to someone. 
Please advise on the earliest appointment for this to be fixed.

this is a customer help customer forum and your post does not go to BT.

it was openreach to installed your broadband so try contacting them to complain

did you not ask the installer to change position of cable?
