Broadband upgrade

Received an email from bt telling me my free trial of faster broadband ends in 7 days and do I want to upgrade of course I do but when I click on the link to upgrade it says sorry somethings gone wrong it's the same when I try to switch my tv package bt send you these offers but they're impossible to get because the links never work

try phoning the options team 0800800030 and they should be able to help you upgrade/change your broadband package
