Broadband

Hope someone can help. I live the Guildford area and for the past week our broadband has been lagging really badly. We are unable to watch any TV on the fire stick. I have checked all cables ,have done tests . I have rebooted so many times now that I've given up. My broadband has never been this bad.

I would firstly check for any issues in your area, you can also check for a fault specific to you by logging into your MYBT account online.  These will only check for faults on the line and there can be many reasons why your broadband connection may be suffering outside of this such as WIFI congestion amongst others.

If you cannot locate a fault online I would suggest contacting BT who can run checks and go through any troubleshooting with you to get you up and running:
