Hi, just before lockdown a nice BT engineer came to sort out my speed. He did to some extent, but was unable to complete and get the guaranteed speed. He said that an engineer would tinker with the box down the road and get it up for me. This unfortunately did not happen and now I am getting dropouts every day and still only getting 50mg.
The engineer moved my hub and this has resulted in being unable to get WiFi outside, whereas I could before. The dropouts are my main concern as it happens during zoom updates from work.
Anybody on here help please? Why can't we just emal BT?
