I have had BT halo 3+ for about 4 years now not one problem .. Recently i keep loosing wifi signal or i get message you are not connected to the Internet.. but I am .. Today a home expert came checked all my equipment said it was all okay but there was a fault on my line and he will report it .. I contacted BT to find out when engineer would be coming and they are saying there is no fault on the line so will not book an engineer .. I am am still having drop out problems its annoying and suggestions of how I can get an engineer or get this issue solved?

If you're still having problems, I definitely recommend speaking with the technical support team again, to see if they can take a look into this again. If you need to, you can ask them to open a complaint on your account so that it's managed to a resolution.
