Bt Trial
I had an FTTP line installed for a BT trial with the Test and Trials team. It’s suddenly gone faulty. I’ve logged into the test and trials site but cannot find any information on how to report the fault. Any ideas on how to report this.

I don't have a phone number or a/c number for the line as I'm not billed for it so how would I report it
