Are you still experiencing issues with your Home Broadband?
If yes, can you please provide more information as to what is happening.
I would also recommend checking the Status of Service within your area.

Are you on fibre to the cabinet (FTTC) or fibre to the premises (FTTP)?
If FTTC: what colour lights are showing on your hub?
If blue then the hub is receiving broadband OK and the fault will be due to your WiFi or ethernet connection to the hub.
If flashing purple, there is no broadband connection to the hub - which could be either your connection from the wall master socket to the hub, or a fault on the Openreach network.
If FTTP then what lights are showing on the ONT (the box on the wall connected to your hub)?
