Can anyone assist.
My partner cancelled a EE internet ( she had 2 accounts , one at her daughters the EE and our home BT one)
Inexaplicable they managed to turn off our home Broadband.
Once told about this on the 22nd , they have initiated a new contract and told us this will be the 7th of May.
I am unsure why it is going to take so long , it does not need an engineers visit or any BT equipment.
We live in rural Norfolk, with no phone reception and a resident of the house with a serious hearth condition.
Sureley as BT/EE have made this mistake, they could motivate themselves to reconnect the service quicker ?
Mods do we have a contact to esculate this farce and reinstate our (expensive) service
