As title,never turned up,ring at 5.10 to say he wasn't coming,and gave **bleep** about being stuck on another job.Waited in all afternoon.On my bt account it says job couldn't be done because I didn't have correct router,which was more bull What happens now.?

From what I can tell you those ‘BT’ Engineers, who’re really from a Company called Qube Communications are useless.
Best you’ll get from them is they’ll disconnect all the wiring in your house, pull a stupid face when they realise they have no idea what they’re doing and then leave you worse off.
You’d be better off with BT sending out an Openreach Engineer because if it does turn out to be a Network Fault they should hopefully be able to fix it there and then.
