Why does my Smart Hub 2 perform subject transaction every hour?

As Far as I know, it means that your hub is having problems communicating with the update server
My SH2 log shows the same thing, I believe it's a periodic check with the configuration server to see if there are new updates available. It should be followed (timewise, so above that message in the Event Log) by a number of other messages, terminating with
CWMP: session completed successfully
...
CWMP: HDM socket closed successfully.
In my logs these are always about 5 seconds after the 'Initializing' message.
