My internet keeps on dropping out over night. It’s doesn’t happen every night but it is 2 or 3 time a week. I have read a lot of the forums and think a reset is the most probable solution. Thanks
if your internet is dropping connection and hub lights changing colour then there is a line/connection problem which will not be solved with a DLM reset. if you do not have digital voice then try using house phone and dial 17070 option 2 - should be silent and any noise is a problem and need to report to CS 03301234151
