i recently switched from plusnet to bt fibre 2.
The switch over happened today but I've noticed it looks like my upload speed is being capped at 10mbps.
Have I been set on the wrong profile?

It certainly looks like you've got a Fibre 1 profile. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mods and we'll help you with this.
