Hi there and sorry if this question has been asked and answered - I have searched through the history but could not find the answer I am looking for.
We are looking to move to Fibre and would like to stay with BT if possible but I need to know if Community Gateway NATing is the only option provided by BT or do they also offer a Static internet facing IP Address option?
We would need the latter...any advice would be most welcome
As far as I know, they have never offered a static IP to domestic customers.
Are you a business customer by any chance? If so, you would be better posting here:

Yep, static addresses are only available to business customers.
In fact, I've never heard of "Community Gateway NAT". Are you sure you don't mean Carrier Grade NAT (CGNAT or CGN)?
If it is the latter, again as far as I know, BT do not use CGNAT
Just to clarify, for residential customers, BT do not offer static IP addresses neither do they employ CGNAT, they employ dynamic IP addressing in line with most ISPs.
