I have fibre to the cabinet but copper from pole to house. When I check my connections on my mobile I get the message 'connected without internet'. What does this mean? To reinstate 'connected' I tap the router name. This usually happens after returning home after being out.
It means you are connected to the hub via WiFi but your device hasn't received an IP address.

is your phone set to auto connect to your home hub SSID when you enter your home? if not you need to set it in connections wireless
