For the last 10 days my router has been restarting the connection several times a day, when it starts it was just twice a day(once early morning and once around 3pm) today though it's been at least 4 times within the last 5 hours.
The router seems quite hot even though it has ample air flow with nothing close to it at all.
The noise margins don't appear to be high at just 6.7 and 6.2 so I'm at a loss as to what causing this issue?
Have you checked your landline for noise by dialling 17070 option 2. Should be silent and best with corded phone - does not work if you have digital voice
Can you post your hub connection stats - hub manager then advanced setting/technical log/information
I haven't checked the phone line as I only have the digital voice handset, i'll pop out tomorrow and get a cheap corded phone to test.
My router stats are as follows
Since my last post it has dropped 4 times, i think the router might be failing as it is now quite hot.
The quiet line test does not work if you are on digital voice
Have you tried connecting to the test socket and see if that stabilises your connection
I have connected it to the test socket this morning and will see how it goes throughout the day, im still thinking its the router as its far hotter than any i have previously had, even taking in to account the extreme heat of the last few days.
Using the test socket has not stabalised the connection, its dropping every 90 minutes.
if you used a new filter and changed rj11 cable and still dropping then phone CS 150 and report fault
