Working from home since the start of the pandemic and increasingly experiencing connection problems when I’m using MS Teams on my work laptop. The problem is that the connection drops in and out. I spoke to my organisation IT dept. They did a test and said my upload speed wasn’t great so suggested getting into contact with my broadband provider.
Really grateful for help from a BT moderator as it’s getting increasingly frustrating
are you using wifi as using laptop? if so have you tried ethernet connection which should be more reliable.
is it the internet connection that is dropping or wifi connection to laptop
