Connection timed out

Broadband speeds and wifi ok but in the last week I keep getting the message 'connection problem' or 'connection timed out' on all my devices. Happens dozens of times a day. Even using the Google search or assisstant. When I check my speeds on the my by it gets a speed to the router but it fails to get a speed to the devices I've tried it on. Any ideas. It's driving us lot mad. Thanks

have you connected to BTWIFI by mistake instead of your home hub SSID.  check networks available using your device and ensure you select you own hub name (SSID)

No not connected to Btwifi, it happens also on hard wire connections and both on 2.4g and 5g connections. It's been happening for over a week, connection continuously dropping and timing out.
