Consumer resolutions email

I have been waiting 5 months for Full fibre upgrade order to be completed at my property, and was escalated to Consumer resolutions on 7th May. Since then there has been several phone calls from the team keeping me updated and stating Openreach need to carry out the external works,involving minor works to dig up the footpath and run the cable from the manhole, some 5m away from my property, before BT engineer can complete the internal works. Last update was that external works would be done by 28th July- still not carried out. I had a phone call yesterday which I answered but it dropped after 30 secs or so, I have tried emailing  consumer resolutions email several times but the emails are being automatically deleted before being read, possibly due to requesting a READ receipt?

I am extremely frustrated and annoyed with this, and losing faith in BT/Openreach-can anyone assist/advise, especially as previous emails were received with no issues

Have you tried sending one with out requesting READ receipt?

I have now, after doing a bit of digging into why it was happening
