Copper connection but SHub2 flashing purple

Hi. Awaiting full fibre but usual Openreach poor communications. 2 missed appointments. Last night lost BB and landline. Smart Hub 2 flashing purple, same after resets. Someone swapped my service too early as still copper?

Thanks. Openreach turned up to carry out installation assessment. Confirmed 'dig' required, tried to get connection reset but required account holder. 150, eventually confirmed, still no connection but unlimited data applied to EE mobile.
