DLM reset? Just rejoined

Hi All,

I am wondering if anyone can help I have just rejoined from Sky to BT but it appears that my line hasn't reset itself as I was expecting an 6db NM but I am still on 5db so I think I am on a stuck profile?

your stats look good with actual connection speed just below attainable - nothing stuck there

Why would you want 6dB when you have 5dB?

Because @licquorice I thought I was still on a sky profile because I was surprised to not see it had been to reset to 6db.. 

beginning to think it’s a crime to ask questions on here.. especially with some of the responses I get. 

I’ve accepted the solution..
