After some digging around it appears github.io cdn of 4 IP addresses got blacklisted by spamhaus due to bad actor uploaded malware to github.io. Which subsequently it got blocked and as result it affects all other genuine sites are hosted on github.io.
These are the reference number and they're listed under fastly.com who responsible coz of peering that BT has?
