please could anyone advise on this?
i have been without fibre for 6 days now, every time i book an appointment it will just be cancelled on the day with a note saying visit complete ( even though no one has attended, and the red light is still on ). by this time i have taken time of work to meet the engineer.
i have called BT many many times, to which they just book another appointment. ( which fails ).
on the day my fibre went down, next door had theirs installed. I called BT they suggested that their ONT is using my connection? or backend configured to use it. This may explain why the visits are cancelled.
Bt advise that my serial of my ONT is attached to my account, but is it attached to the correct service ?
almost like the 2 properties are mixed up?
this has been an endless loop of calls and missed visits, beyond a joke now. Any help/advice appreciated.

Already have, i have made about 14 calls, since last tuesday.
they book appointments, which then get either cancelled or the marked as complete on the day ( without fixing the issue )

Either your fibres been pinched, which would surprise me if it required a Step 1 Task that was done by Contractors or someone’s accidentally disconnected your Fibre when fitting the neighbours.
i am more leaning towards the disconnection.. BUT... Bt say the line tests ok? even though i have LOS ....
Looks like you’re a victim of, ‘Computer Says No’.
Complain to the CEO, seems to be the only way to get things like that fixed these days.
