Deciphering the UPRN checker + Extra

I am on a Halo 3+ Fiber essential plan but it states I get a free upgrade to full fiber 100 if it is available. I  have 2 questions about this. 

Can I get it based of the information on this as I was told by a rep that this should tell me everything? And.                                                                                                  If I can upgrade dose it cause a price increase?

If the Quality is bad I can get some more photos Tomorrow.

The dslchecker shows that fibre to the home  FTTP is available to you. You would need to phone CS 03301234150 and get upgrade. However it may be that the change will mean you will need to also change to digital voice if that has not already happened
