Device WiFi restrictions

Hi. Does anyone know how to change the device WiFi connection restrictions. This used to be in the app but had disappeared. If I access my router it shows device downtime but it's greyed out and you can't manage it on the router interface. All the info say download the My BT app and manage it there. I have the app but can't find where it is. It's driving me crazy. Thanks

I seem to recall someone posted some time back that this control is now accessed through MYBT on the website.

The BT access controls or Parental Controls are no longer managed on the BT hub. 

You need to use the MyBT app. Make sure you have the up to date app.

In the app for wifi access control open the app then click on "your Products" then go to "set up and manage devices" then "control wifi access for your devices".

If you are wanting Parental controls click on Your Products then click BT Parental Controls.
