Hey guys, I had a fault with my Internet connection and BT had to send an engineer out to fix it. He said he had to go and check the main box that sends us the signal in our neighbourhood. I am curious to know if BT would charge me for this service as I forgot to ask the engineer which was silly of me, but I did assume since the problem was outside my household then it was a fault with BT and not something in my house.
Just wondering if anyone would know here to save me having to call them to ask a simple question lol. Thanks!

If the fault was outside of your premises and not due to any damage you may have caused, there will be no charge.
