Re: EE full fibre

I had the EE email on Friday stating my account number and postcode was now ready to order full fibre. Clicked on it and can only get FTTC. Checked some Broadband providers they say the same. BTw checker says FTTP on Demand as it has always done.

Yesterday I checked BTw checker abd NOW it says WBC FTTP 1000 up 300 down. Checked EE and Plusnet and other providers who NOW say I ca get Full Fibre!

So I called BT earlier and now have an engineer booked for 3 weeks time to install it yay!

Re: EE full fibre email

I've subsequently had another email apologising for their mistake.

Re: EE full fibre email

I had that email on Monday too! I had to double check my FTTP upgrade to make sure it was still going ahead!

I did have a message from Openreach confirming my full fibre installation since as well.
