Hello, I've had two engineer call outs of the past few weeks for our broadband, which has been dropping out on a daily basis. I have a number of questions, but initially, is there any way to find out what an engineer has reported after their visit? Our first engineer said he just turned off an alarm which was 'of no use anyway', the second said he fixed a tiny crack in the fibre cable, and the third, who was supposed to be here this morning didn't even turn up, but we had a text saying they'd fixed the issue (even though they clearly didn't come to the house at all as our dogs would have definitely noticed). There's no way to follow up on the call as far as I can see, so I wondered if reports are stored or provided somewhere in our account records? Many thanks for any suggestions.
