Hi there, please see my original post on this thread, that answers everything you've asked.
My complaint was closed with no resolution. As I mentioned, I'm no longer willing to take 4+ days off work waiting on engineers to fix an external fault by doing the same superfluous tests in my house.
It's not enough anymore, my patience & politeness has been taken advantage of for years now.
I expect someone with the wherewithal to check my account, my previous posts, my line history and I expect a different outcome than each previous year.
