FTTP CSP and ONT location

Apologies if this is similar to other queries but just wondering:

My master socket is on an internal wall in an upstairs bedroom, next to a bank of electrical sockets and ethernet cables (to lounge and dining room). Phone line comes in next to the bedroom window from telegraph pole and wiring goes from there, across the skirting and up and over the door frame to the master socket. Therefore it would be convenient for the cable from the CSP to enter where the phone line is and to have the ONT located near where the master socket currently is. Please let me know if you think that will be possible. ADSL checker says: 'Single Dwelling Unit Residential OH Feed hoist required'. Please see attached diagram:

That’s fine , but with a possible caveat, there seems to be a few complaints when the OR tech ( or contractor ) does an installation like yours ( pretty straightforward ) that the cable from the pole attaches at height, probably using the same fixing as the copper drop-wire uses, but then instead of entering the first floor directly, runs to the ground floor to terminate in the CSP (at ground level) and then another internal grade optical cable runs back up the wall , enters the first floor room and is ran to the ONT location, basically more wiring on the outside wall than some would expect and more than the copper installation has .

This is so the CSP isn’t fitted at height ( making it less safe for the installer ) , but some have complained about extra wiring , and had the installation revisited so the cable doesn’t run down and the back up the wall , but enters the first floor directly and uses an internal CSP rather than the usual external one.

As your survey note states a hoist is needed , presumably there is some hazard that will stop a ladder being used , but as it’s already noted , that shouldn’t be a problem.
