We have a similar stalled installation with our ISP pointing the issue at BT Enterprise with an issue with a hydra cable not-installed/faulty. Anyone have any idea of anyone other, than our ISP, that we, i.e. the end users, can contact to do something about this as every time we request an update all we get is the same issue with a later BTE review date that keeps passing until we chase it up.

this is a customer help customer forum for BT Retail customer and there are no links from here to openreach. you need to continue to press your own ISP to get you connected and only they can talk to openreach about your connection problem
