TBH , I’m happy for them to call me back , the guide I spoke to was great , couldn’t understand what had happened but will call me back tomorrow and involve the ‘value’ team to get yet another order raised , so I’m fairly relaxed about it , but I can see why some post on here , frustrated why apparently simple things go wrong .

...and without wishing to jinx it, a lot of them also complain about being promised a call that then doesn't happen.
