Hi number 7 , I had a new line put in a year or so ago , I am just on the wrong line profile , but engineer confirmed I was on 55/10
Also engineer said I was on the wrong profile should be 80/20 ? BT also confirmed I was in n 55/10 but didn’t understand what I was talking about , very frustrating but thank you for looking into
Regardless of which profile whether fibre 1 or 2 it will not affect the attainable speed only the actual connection speed so your line currently is getting as fast as possible . As dslchecker suggests your line may be able to get faster but that assumes there are no line problems
Are you connected to master socket? Have you tried one thing to test so let with a filter and see if that improves speed
I agree that looks like on 55/10mb but as I already posted your attainable speed shown on your hub is best your line can get regardless of the package/profile you are on and it is only showing 48/49mb
So I suppose the question is why did by accept my order for fibre 2 and why is the upload capped at 9 mb whilst for the las 4 years I have enjoyed 17 ?
why have I been offered fibre 2 at more money than fibre 1 and only get fibre 1 ?
i M paying for fibre 2 , the but site still shows available to me etc … the whole situation is more frustrating than being with Vodafone.
sky is saying minimum speed 52 with 17/18 upload on my address/ line ? That’s what I gOt per this BTEpisode
