I have been checking the fibre availability for ages and eventually its become available for my postcode and street however my door number is missing. Is this common or is there something that’s causing an issue? Can this be checked in any way?

Does your address appear on the Royal Mail postcode site ….if it does but not on the BT site (when other addresses in the street do ) is there anything out of the ordinary about your address , like it was built later than other addresses and consequently served differently (like everyone else is overhead yours being underground) , or doesn’t directly face onto the road/footpath and isn’t visible from the road ?
If there is nothing different about your address compared to others that do show availability, fill in this webform , specifically the ‘my neighbours can get FTTP but I can’t ‘ part .

Thanks. Ive filled out the form.
my address does appear on the RM website and i cant think of there being anything different to this house than the rest. Interestingly enough though - the same thing happens on the Virgin Media site
Check your address on the following site exactly matches both RM & your BT billing address. Also check for the presence of any additional alternatives. This is usually more an issue with flat conversions or new build, but still worth checking in case there's a database error.
If you have DV or no phone, use the address tab.
I tried using my phone number but it doesnt work. I assume its because my phone and ADSL is being provided by Utility Warehouse?
Read my post again, although no idea why you're posting here instead of asking your own ISP?
as a customer of Utility Warehouse as already posted you need to post on their forum this had nothing to to with BT Retail and there is no connection for here to openreach try contacting openreach with link provided by @iniltous
Apologies and pardon my ignorance i guess but i assumed that with me hoping to be a prospective BT FTTP customer - i should be checking on their website about which services are available for my premises
you need to check using your address to see if openreach provide fibre to your home by using the link https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome
you can then decide which ISP that uses openreach that you want to use for your broadband
Thank you. This is useful. If i enter my door number i see a message saying FTTP is not available. If i enter one digit less and one digit more then i see this:
“Our records show the following FTTP network service information for these premises:-Single Dwelling Unit Residential UG premises served by 2.5 Inch plastic duct 56.”
so im just wondering why it’s not showing for my property? Ive checked as per previous messages and my address on billing and RM appears to be exact
