I would like to thank BT for their pathetic services to me the past two months. You decide randomly to cut my services which was a switch to digital voice error. This was eventually resolved and now I'm again without service once it was restored. Permanent flashing orange now for 5 days. BT engineer confirms no issue with equipment (I could have done that) and now openreach booked for Thursday.
In total that would be 8 days without Internet. And I work from home!! Not permitted a mini hub to keep me online as I'm quote "not on that package". Shocking. Your losing a long term customer once this gets fixed.
This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.
The only BT employees are the forum moderators.
