Fttp 100 upload speed

Hi 

When using BT speed test my upload speed is always at 10 meg  which is there minimum guaranteed , download speed is ok  as it's always about 145 meg  , any ideas how to increase my upload speed to 30  meg as that is in theory what BT have said is the maximum upload speed on my fttp 100 package

Thanks just checked my upload speed ,now at 29 meg
