Full Fibre 900 speeds

Just signed up to Full Fibre 900, waiting to be installed. My expectation is 900Mbs speeds. But just recieved an email confirmation that says my expected speeds are 150Mbs! What? Is this just an error in the email or are they really charging me the price for 900mbs just to get 150mbs?

The 900mbps is what you'll recieve at your hub and not individual devices but saying that, the information on the notification you've received is clearly incorrect.

check MYBT and see what package is set up? 

you need to call CS 03301234150 and make sure contract is for the 900mb package

The order had to be manually setup by the connection team (I won't bore you with the ridiculous palaver as to why) the order in MyBT just says 'Broadband'. I did question it with them on the phone, when they called me back to confirm, they were non the wiser. All the email confirmations and the 'pre contract' info says its for the 900mb package along with the fee, just the 'service characteristics' in the email say 150mb. I hope this is just an email error. But wil call CS to check as you suggest, thanks

You'll never get near 900mbps over wifi on the pre historic BT SH2 router 

You need to invest in a wifi 6 or 7 router
