Full Fibre Availability

Hello,
Full fibre has recently been connected to my neighbourhood according to both the BT and Openreach websites, when I enter my postcode and address on these sites full fibre options are shown as available.
However, when I sign in to my BT account to upgrade to full fibre, it tells me that the fibre option is not available... although I know that one of my neighbours is being connected, but not sure with which company.
What is going on...?

Re: Full Fibre Availability

@Vince01

If the BT Wholesale broadband availablity checker,https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome,  is showing WBC FTTP is available for your address (not FTTPoD) then it could be some data mismatch between what BT Consumer have to what Openreach have.

Try giving the FTTP team a call (it's the bank holiday so you may get redirected to the usual consumer service front desk, if so keep trying or try again on Tuesday) - 08005874787

@jac_95

Thanks, I did try ringing BT for help but they were pretty useless so I'll try the number you have given here and see how my luck goes.
