Full Fibre on my street apart from my house

I'm just wondering how hard it is to fit full fibre Internet to a house 5m away from another house that has full fibre? 

I know it's not that simple but my house is newly built on an existing street. It seems that all the existing houses have access to full fibre apart from mine.

If I check if it will be available it states there are no plans which would make sense if every other house on the street already has it.

Fill in this form, in the free text state you are a single plot new build and your neighbours all have access to FTTP.

Whoever built your home should have informed Openreach when they registered for the other utilities,  if they didn’t then this is why this happens.
