I had full-fibre broadband installed a month or so ago and ever since it was installed I see my Smart Hub 2 lights regularly changing from blue to orange and purple.
Looking in the Technical Logs I see that this coincides with PPP resets which are happening several (but sometimes dozens of) times a day. As soon as the PPP drops it renegotiates and comes back in a minute or so.
I'm sure this isn't normal. Any ideas what could be causing this instability?
have you tried a factory reset by pressing the recessed button on back of hub and holding until the hub lights flash. if that does not fix it then call CS 03301234150 and report a fault
do the lights on the ONT change colour from green?
If you have Digital Voice make a backup of your settings/contacts before doing a reset.
