@iniltous the Los light has been on a few times actually during the couple of month I've been having trouble, anything ranging from loss of signal/loss of service, connection drops, ONT not picking up the ethernet cable it's quite complex but the engineers don't seem bothered by the Los, OR normally say it's a fault on the external network, that's normally there cry

I wasn't aware of the other thread until they were merged. It really makes life unnecessarily difficult starting fresh threads with no reference to the previous. I now see that you've already had Mod involvement so the best course of action will be to continue dialogue with them by PM.
