Without being told that it's possible to register to be informed when fibre broadband is coming to my area, is there any way of knowing when it's likely, having been promised it several years now

For info, the page that @WSH linked to above doesn't work for me in Firefox - when I enter my post code, nothing happens.

It does work for me in Chromium though, so it may be something to do with ad-blockers etc?
