Getting Superfast Broadband in my flat

I live on the top of floor of a residence in central London. I want to get superfast broadband but have been told this is unavailable as fibre is not in my area or in my property. The business on the ground floor has superfast fibre. Is there a way to connect to this? The box is in the basement hallway.

Re: Getting Superfast Broadband in my flat

It’s most likely the Fibre the Business has is a Leased Line, aka Private Ethernet Circuit and not a GPON WBC Line, aka one that runs through a 32 Way Splitter.

It’s basically a dedicated Fibre that goes right back to a Head End.

The reason for the dedicated fibre on a Leased Line is they can go up to 10Gbps.
